Golf Fitness Magazine launches web site, offers complimentary issue

Posted: August 22, 2007

WINDERMERE, Fla. Golf Fitness Magazine is proud to announce the recent launch of their Web site www.golffitness-magazine.com and is offering a free issue for customers who complete their online survey.

“The focus of Golffitness-magazine.com is to provide a collaboration of resources in the golf fitness industry while further educating the public beyond what our magazine format allows, said Steve Gomen, GFM founder and publisher. “Golf fitness is exploding and we want to provide enhanced content and interactivity between our expert advisors and our readership.”

Golf Fitness Magazine was created to be the exclusive resource for golf-specific fitness, mental focus, improving ability and performance among all golfers. The mission of the magazine is to grow the game of golf and keep people in it longer by helping them play better and stay injury free. The Web site will offer special features such as links to find a fitness pro, mental golf profiles, nutrition programs and more.

“In an effort to learn more about our readers and help us better address their game improvement interests, we’ve asked them to complete our survey,” said Gomen. “It only takes a few minutes of their time and for everyone who completes it, we’ll send them our most current issue absolutely free. The survey is a vital tool as each individual’s input plays and integral part in helping determine which editorial subjects for us to address in the future.”

Every issue of GFM has specific departments for men, women, seniors and kids with articles from GFM’s panel of experts. The magazine’s “Golf Fit Getaway” section allows readers to discover golf-specific, wellness-centered resort/spa travel destinations. In addition to the fitness aspect of the magazine, readers will also be able to experience relevant historical articles that deal with the special traditions of the game.

Give us a try and you’ll discover that by improving your physical ability, you’ll notice great improvements in your game right away,” said Gomen.
